LivUp is a corporate services company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We help individuals and companies with business setup and company formation in the UAE, corporate bank account assistance, residency visas and Emirates ID applications, license renewals and modifications, and related government and corporate services.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the LivUp website, including our AI assistant, and any information or services provided through them. By using the website you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

The website exists to introduce our services, answer general questions, and connect you with a human LivUp setup advisor. Its main feature is an AI assistant that can:

• provide general information about business setup, visas, banking, and related services in Dubai and the UAE;
• ask questions to understand what you need;
• share indicative starting prices for our services; and
• help you book a call with a LivUp setup advisor.

The website and the assistant are an information and introduction tool. They are not the delivery of any corporate, legal, immigration, or banking service. Our services are delivered by our team under a separate engagement that your advisor will explain.

The assistant provides general information for convenience only. It is not legal, financial, tax, or immigration advice, and it does not create an advisor-client or any other professional relationship.

Government rules, procedures, fees, and timelines in the UAE change frequently and can vary by case. The assistant’s responses may contain errors or be out of date, and any prices it mentions are indicative starting points, not quotes or offers.

You must confirm all specifics with a LivUp advisor and with the relevant government authorities before acting. LivUp does not guarantee any outcome of any government, visa, licensing, or banking process, including approval, timing, or cost. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivUp accepts no liability for any action taken, or not taken, in reliance on the assistant or on any other content of the website.

You agree that you will not:

• use the website for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to manipulate, mislead, or extract confidential information from the AI assistant, or use it to generate content unrelated to our services;
• upload any file that is unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to share;
• upload identity documents of another person without their authority;
• probe, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website, its security, or its fair use by others, including by automated means; or
• misrepresent your identity or provide information you know to be false.

We may limit, suspend, or block access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms are being breached.

Information and documents you submit through the website must be accurate and yours to share. You retain ownership of what you submit. You grant LivUp the right to use it for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy, namely to respond to you, assess your requirements, and provide our services.

The website and its content, including the LivUp name and logo, text, design, and software, are owned by LivUp or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the website for your own personal or internal business purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the website or its content without our prior written consent.

The website relies on carefully selected third-party providers, for example for AI processing, email, payments, call booking, and messaging. Links or handoffs to third-party services, such as a booking page or WhatsApp, are governed by those providers’ own terms. LivUp is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LivUp and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or loss of data arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or the assistant. Where liability cannot be excluded, LivUp’s total aggregate liability in connection with the website is limited to AED 1,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold LivUp harmless from any claims, losses, and costs, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the website, or any submission you make that infringes the rights of another person.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the website.
